Familiarize yourself with fun fitness options to enhance your well-being and that are appropriate for active older adults. The first session will be geared toward Muscular Strength and Range of Movement, having fun and moving to the music through a variety of movement and exercises of daily living. The second session will be Zumba Gold®, suited for active older adults, in a fusion of music-dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system that is FUN AND EASY TO DO! The last session will be Chair Yoga where you will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing poses, promoting restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation for stress reduction and mental clarity, using chair support as needed. These are appropriate for any age and activity level.
