Participants in this learning community will review their role in supporting the Early Childhood Indicators of Wisconsin’s State Performance Plan (SPP), explore various service delivery models, and engage in reflective practices to develop the skills and competencies needed to provide effective consultation or itinerant services. In addition, the participants will examine Robin McWilliam’s work on “Routines-Based Interview (RBI)”. The RBI is a semi-structured interview with three purposes: 1) to develop a list of functional outcomes, 2) to assess child and family functioning, and 3) to establish a positive relationship with the family.
